1. Introduction

GS-LDA512P25-T1 series is a cooled near-infrared InGaAs linear array detector. It adopts planar InGaAs PIN photodiode chip, with 512*1 single row pixels and 25 μm pixel pitch, covering 0.9-1.7 μm short-wave infrared spectrum. It comprises two variants distinguished by pixel height: GS-LDA512P25M-17-T1 with 25*250μm pixels and GS-LDA512P25L-17-T1 with 25*500μm pixels. Equipped with 28-pin metal DIP encapsulation, TE thermoelectric cooling and built-in temperature sensor, it supports single-channel high-speed signal output for spectrometers and industrial line-scan inspection equipment integration.
